Our Story
Dr. Barbara JP Thomas

Victorious Living Church of Rochester, New York, is a Spirit-Filled, Spirit-led congregation with numerous ministry opportunities for individuals and families to serve. God established the church under the leadership of God, where Dr. Barbara JP Thomas serves as Senior Pastor.
The incorporation of Victorious Living Church was in December 2006. The first service was on January 7, 2007, at 388 Tremont Street in the sanctuary; approximately 50 visitors attended, and 15 people became members. By Easter of that year, the church had added 25 additional members. Today, membership continues to grow, as the Lord adds.
Our leadership team and congregation consistently serve in neighborhoods throughout the city of Rochester. They are not strangers to families in the inner-city, as they facilitate evangelist ministries in some of the region’s high crime-ridden and impoverished communities. Victorious Living Church supports other ministries in the City of Rochester and efforts to aid families in Jamaica as well as Africa. Our leadership team and members continue to work faithfully to build the Kingdom of God.
